Company Profile Information deadline
If you have yet to supply a company logo (.eps file) and 250-word profile text, please send this to conferences@landor.co.uk no later than Monday 23rd December.
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors must register their team members via the bespoke Eventbrite link supplied by Landor Conferences.

Setup & Teardown
Exhibition Location: Cherbourg, Bayeux, and Dieppe rooms (ground floor).
These spaces offer easy access and excellent visibility to attendees.
The Car Park doors open directly into the exhibitom room.
Each stand will be provided with a table chairs, power sockets, and table linen.
Setup Times:

From 07:30 on Wednesday 22nd January.

Stands must be fully set up by 09:00, the registration start time.
Teardown:
-
Begins after the closing plenary on the final event day.
Audio & Visual Equipment
The deadline has now passed for screen hire.
Vehicle Parking
Parking is free for all attendees. Drivers must register their vehicles using the tablets provided at the hotel reception.
Post-Event Logistics
For items being returned via courier:

Pack, label, and deliver items to the Novotel reception team after the event.

All items must be collected by 11:00 on Friday 24th January.
