About the hunt
Hunt participants will be given a Breeze Voucher credit to use in Breeze to travel to pre-selected locations across the city collecting tokens.
Breeze can be used to plan routes, unlock and hire e-scooters/e-bikes/pedal bikes and buy and use bus tickets. Participants wishing to walk can also use Breeze to journey plan.
Upon reaching each location the Participants will be required to locate a Breeze Representative, who will then provide the token for that location and details of the next location.
Participants who visit all locations and return to the conference venue with all tokens will be entered into a prize draw.
Delegates who would like to take part in the scavenger hunt must register in advance.
During registration you must user the same email address used to set up your Breeze account. The Breeze voucher credit can only be provided to the email address connected to the Breeze account.
Places will be limited to 20 per day and will be on a first come first served basis.
The route will involve an amount of walking including the navigation of steps, and participants will be required to use either an e-scooter or e-bike/bike to complete the activity.

Safety Information
Micromobilty (e-scooters, bikes or e-bikes)
Under UK law, electric scooters are classified as Personal Light Electric Vehicles and are treated as motor vehicles, therefore you must comply with relevant laws when renting an e-scooter:
-
you must have a valid driving licence or provisional licence and
-
be aged 16 years or over.
Failure to comply with these laws invalidates insurance and can result in an on-the-spot fine or prosecution.
Participants can validate a driving licence at any time within Breeze. You will be asked to provide a scan of your driver’s licence and to make a video and/or to take a photograph of your face. This data will be used to verify your identity and to confirm your eligibility to access certain services (e.g. mobility services which can only be used with a valid driver’s license). You may not be able to use these services if you do not provide this information.
Safety
If participants choose to use any of the micromobilty vehicles (e-scooters, bikes or e-bikes) available in the city, we strongly encourage riders to wear helmets, although this is not mandatory. Helmets will not be made available on the day and participants should bring helmets with them if required.
Participants are recommended to review the safety training and guidance available here in respect of E-scooter safety - E-scooters
